Name of dish: Crepes
Ingredients:
· 1 ½ cup flour
· 1 cup milk
· ½ cup water
· Salt
· 1 teaspoon melted butter
· 1 egg
· Olive oil
Instructions:
Mix the flour, the milk, the water, the salt, the butter and the egg together in a bowl. Then, pour a very small amount of olive oil in a frying pan. When it starts boiling, pour with a ladle some of the mixture in the pan. Reduce the temperature. When the crepe is brown on the outside, turn it over and let it be cooked a bit more. Repeat the same process until you run out of mixture.
Mmmm, so tasty! I have corrected a few mistakes, take a look again and then.... start cooking! :-)
ReplyDeleteMy favourite dessert is crepe. So delicious!! I'll try it! :-)
ReplyDeleteReally, Nassia, do you like cooking? What is your favourite food?
ReplyDeleteDear Sotiria,
ReplyDeleteI love cooking because when I am cooking,I can use my imagination! It's not necessary to follow the instructions exactly. You can add whatever you like in the recipe. You can try different recipes until you find the one that you like the most! I always do that and that's why I'm a really good cook!
My favourite food is crepes! I am good at making them and they are really tasty, too...
What about you? Do you like cooking? Are there any other activities you like doing?
Dear Nassia,
ReplyDeleteI am fond of various activities. Let's talk about cooking today and know each other day by day or better post by post. ;-)
First of all, I really enjoy cooking for my friends. That activity makes me feel calm and amuses me. What is more, I love greek and italian cuisine, but I do not follow the instructions exactly. Thus, my creative imagination lets me cook extraordinary and usually tasty food.
However, when I am alone , I do not like cooking. In addition to this, I loathe eating without company. I find me mediocre cook, but I am always trying to improve my cooking skills.
Be sure that I follow your recipe!! I adore crepes!! I also love ice-cream, multi-couloured salads and almost all types of cheese. Generally ,I prefer sweet and salty combinations.
Best wishes,
Sotiria
